Resource of the Week
One of our favorite (and we’d argue most reliable) sites to find scholarships is CareerOneStop (@Career1stop on Twitter) - which is run by the Department of Labor. Last time we checked their site they had 1718 available awards for those aiming to get a Bachelor’s Degree in the U.S.
Best part? It’s completely FREE!
Plus they make it easy to filter down by:
State where you plan to study
Due date
Award type
Level of study
Scholarship of the Week
The HardyStrong Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship honors the memory of former D3 Athlete, Justin Hardy.
Applicants are encouraged to watch a portion Justin’s Legacy Celebration and reflect on The 12 Legacies of Justin Hardy. Each applicant will write one 300-500 word essay that explains how their actions and future plans reflect how Justin lived his life.

💰 Amount: $1,000
📅 Deadline(s): April 4, 2025
📝 Eligibility: Open to graduating seniors who have committed to compete in athletics at the collegiate level. (Not receiving full athletic scholarship from academic institution)
