Scholarships of the Week
Before we get into this week’s award, just a reminder that the Full-Ride Cameron Impact Scholarship application is still open. This will close when they hit 3000 applications (they’re almost at 2k) or May 1st - whatever happens first so don’t delay.
Sara Scholarship
🎯 Scholarship: Sara Scholarship via the Henry and Sara Sheehan Foundation
💰 Amount: $2,500 (Min. of 12 scholarships will be awarded in 2026)
📅 Deadline: April 30, 2026
📝 Eligibility:
Be a female HS senior with intention to graduate at the end of the school year
Get in & plan to enroll at an accredited college or university in the U.S.
Minimum unweighted GPA of 3.3/4.0
Demonstrate financial need
Demonstrate excellent character and active involvement with the sport of golf, however skill in playing golf is not a criterion
Examples include playing golf as a hobby or as part of a team, working at a golf course, as a caddy or in a pro shop, and any other direct, active engagement with the sport
